How this site works
punnawithi.com is run by one person — Jon, a resident of the neighborhood. The web is full of auto-generated travel filler, and this site is built not to add to it. Here's the deal we hold ourselves to.
Directory entries are facts, not reviews
Every listing in the directory — hours, prices, locations, BTS directions — is researched from public sources: the business's own page, its Google Maps listing, local news. Each entry shows the sources it was checked against and the date it was last verified. When sources disagree, we say "unverified" rather than guess.
First-person opinions are earned
When you see a note signed "— Jon", that's Jon, writing about a place he has actually been. Nothing on this site claims an experience that didn't happen — no invented meals, no pretend visits. Long-form guides and reviews are written from lived experience or not at all.
The neighborhood corrects us
Every listing has a "tell us" link. If a place has closed, moved, or changed hours, report it — corrections go out in the next update. New-place suggestions are checked against sources before they're published, same as everything else.
Why bother?
Because this corner of Bangkok — Punnawithi, the sois around True Digital Park, the stretch from On Nut to Udom Suk — deserves a reference that's accurate and maintained, not a heap of SEO bait. The site exists to promote the area, not to sell you anything. If a page ever carries affiliate links, it says so plainly at the top.
